Oooo! Sardines, sardines on toast is scrummy! Got to be plain sardines though, just in brine or a light oil!

In my very humble opinion they have all been very good after all its just cook duck in its fat.

Last week I ate a whole can of mushy peas cold from the tin whilst waiting for my fishcakes to cook.
