Yep, they're only available in Lidl, and that's because it's a German cereal (bought some in German when I went there the other week too!)

It's worth a trip to Lidl just for them.

Lidl do a knock off Rice Krispies however Snap, Crackle and Pop have been replaced with tall blonde men wearing retro Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine and Wermacht uniforms.
