Believe!

Is it that we perform better with a more packed programme, and it's this that has given us the momentum? Think back to Autumn/Winter, playing one match a week and compare that to what we've had since January, playing more games also must consolidate the team spirit we're always hearing about.

Whatever the cause is, long may it continue!

I hold my hands up and admit that four weeks ago I thought we'd have zero chance of making the play offs but we have fought and turned in some real strong performances and I now believe we can do it.

Of our last nine games six wins should be enough to give us a real opportunity of gate crashing the play offs.

Come on you Blue boys!!!

As everyone has mentioned already, just shows what you can do with a bit of form. We all know form isn't permanent though and I fear that we may have done too little too late. However, 4 points is nothing and a few more good wins and other results going our way could be enough.

In our situation, every match is a Cup Final.........till the point that it doesn't matter anymore. Yet, it seems to me that Tuesday night is a pivotal game and absolutely essential to get three points. With that we would face two home games against Carlilse and Hartlepool which, though nothing is certain, you would have to fancy us on present form. Nine points from the next three games.........if results went for us.......could put us in a play-off position ............with the place for us to lose. Although, looking at our following five fixtures........................it could all rapidly go pear-shaped. In all events carrying our season on, in a meaningful fashion until April, would already be an astonishing feat and one that many, including myself, never thought possible.
