It was a bizarre day in the end, here's the figures:

So the two mediums got spanked but the quick managed a wicket and slightly better economy, almost equivalent to the Competent/strong spinner. Laird may have taken 8 wickets but they were with his last 11 balls having already conceded 79 runs!!
