I think the problem is the reasons people are voting.
If people have tried both beers, and prefer one, then we'll get the "best beer" However, if people are voting for beer x, because they've never tried beer y, then we'll see the more common beers win.
So, people, before you vote, go out and try a pint of Kronenbourg, and a pint of London Pride, and then vote. You know it makes sense ;)
Me? tried both, and voted for London Pride.
i've tried both and prefer kronenbourg... i just don't rate london pride at all and feel that as it is a more 'common' bitter it got through just like the more 'common' lagers did
