Barry Corr

Future captain surely

Dont see why not! I'd like that! Needs to prove he is over his injuries though! But I'd be happy! He is a legend in my eyes!

If you leave out last year hasn't corr got 30 goals in a year and a half? Great record! Couldn't happen to a more deserving player with what he has been through!

He was completely w'kered last night as was most of the rest of the boys. Complete and utter carnage.

I didnt get in until 2.30 and had to start a course for work this morning. Was sitting a maths exam this morning feeling like id been dug up.

Just watched the hightlights and really got goosebumps watching it. Corrs goal was absolutely superb, great work by Britt to set it up too.

They obviously knew what was coming, it was like the Corr-minator was saying "You pick on Britt, you pick on me too.." Loved it.
They tried to rough him up early doors with a blow to the back of his head. Did it make a difference? Nah.

Talk about going over the top, Barry Corr was excellent when he came on, the change of formation changed the game and his goal was really well taken. But for mine the man of the match was undoubtedly a young man on loan to us ,who hasnt yet played a hand full of games for us , he has a very weeird hairstyle too, yes BEN REEVES ,he was awesome,he ran and worked his butt off and scored the all important goal at the death .A loanee played 3 or 4 games ,and he along with BIG BAD BARRY CORR,will be remembered for all time as the two players who scored the goals to take Southend to Wembley. LEGENDS BOTH!! . Just as Freddy Eastwood is for his goal versus Manchester United.:Worthy:

Don't forget Leonard, without his goal at Orient we could have been looking at penalties yesterday!

To the tune of Gold:

Barry Corr, Corr
Always believe he will score
He's the legend we know
He's indestructible
Always believe in!!

(repeat until lungs pop out)

Also, thought the indestructible bit was a bit fitting with his incredible come back from his injuries.

i really like this, I hope this can be his new chant!
