Adopt a club philosophy that extends right the way through from player recruitment to style of play, one that's consistent so that transfers are sought that stick to that philosophy, one that's fronted by an experienced, versatile and well-liked manager that each and every player respects and will rally around, and more importantly adhere to that philosophy wherever possible.
