I did not mean outsource. They could be an asset used by the club for many places/events when not at roots hall. speculate to accumulate.

Sometimes in the Far Post it can take a long time to get served: at Lords & Twickenham the bars have staff pulling/filling beer constant and others just doing the point of sale. Lords also has a very limited range and I suggest that the club could do something like this in the very busy periods and then have the full range when its quieter. Most fans are reasonable and will recognize and adjust for this and volume sales might improve.

Thanks Scott. Was here any indication on when this old be completed? If feel it's easy to make a statement but another to follow it through. As you have said previously, money is tight and to bleach, jet wash and detoxify will all cost money!

Dave will bring his jet washer in from home and club will do it and I assume they have bulk load of bleach

Club looking to get a contractor in to plug these holes to prevent leakage however it's money at the moment but I have asked Dave to get me some figures and maybe there is something the trust can do OR if anybody out there owns or works for a roofing firm who wants some publicity and willing to do it for reduced rate or free

To late for this meeting, but for the next meeting can you ask about getting the gate in the north East Corner (Leads into the car park of Prospects college) made larger. There is always a queue there after the game. Just doubling the size would be a great help. Only problem would be is the gate may not belong to the club.

I doubt the club would want to spend money on a bigger gate that will be demolished when building starts. I don't think the reason of "there is always a queue" is good enough for RM to spend money on when there are greater needs for money such as holes in the stand roof amongst other things.

Agreed.
We can list several issues ( major and minor ) , but think if we just overload the club with everything , then there is a danger that it becomes too much and the main ones get left or missed.
Whoever is coordinating fans concerns should IMO prioritise the ones that are of greater concern.

I assume he means the small bar in the South-West corner at the top of the stairs. That's where we usually go when we're in the South.
