Spoke to Justin in the Boar last week and he was confident Maher will get us promoted from this league. Maybe not this season but he will get promotion. Sounds like we have got to put up with this utter garbage for the rest of the season. Something seriously has to change.

Endless changing manager and starting again is costly and no guarantee of success. Look at Colchester- and the Cowleys have done no better, spent a load of money, and have only lasted longer than the others based on past reputation rather than current performance

There aren't transfer windows in this league.

Quite simply we aren't signing players because the management team have faith in the players we have.

Not sure I have in the players or the management team, there is too much respect for those that stood with us through tough times, (which we should always be thankful for), that is holding us back

We have good players made to play bad football. The main problem for this team is Maher.

Altrincham play some good football, we’ve had moments but lack cutting edge. Several under par although I’ll cut slack with Cav Miley who’s returning after injury. Could sub Jeacock, Crowther, Husin, Moncur or Bridge and they couldn’t have any complaints

Sorry Kev, thanks for helping when our chips were down but the team is better than the tripe you make them play. You are unable to change tactics depending on the opposition and the opposition all know how we play. If you loved the club, move on and give somebody with half a clue the chance!

Can maher change Southend tactics..... constantly this 532 formation but now it doesn't seem to be working. I would like us to go for 4 at the back. We are just to negative in our current set up.
