England Tour of South Africa

F***ing GET IN!

By all accounts there have been storms up in Jo'burg, so there may not be a full 5-days play up there in any case. Superb to be taking a 1-0 lead up there!

I am so looking forward to Smith's interview at the presentation. No doubt will look like he's ******* a lime.

Smith's a cry baby at the best of times. IMO he should have declared when they were 400 ahead, England wouldn't have got that so as ever it's a Saffer Captain being conservative in his thinking.

Thank **** for that.

Thrilling stuff. Can we just win the toss at Jo'burg, opt to bat and send Onions in to open. It'll save the shreds of my nerves that are left.

agreed, i think you have to dangle a tiny carrot to get some wickets going

Third time in six months that England have batted out the final day to salvage an unlikely draw.

Once it might've been luck, twice a freak coincidence, but three times ... well, that's a sign of a real team - ability, spirit and bottle.

True, but if certain players had demonstrated a bit more bottle it wouldn't have been down to the number 11 to see it out on all three occasions!
