You're organising a festival, which bands would you choose to play...?

who can put together a good well known Essex Line up?

I'd start with the Prodigy as headline act, with Depeche Mode also up there.

If we struggle we can always call on Alehsa's Attic!

My choices would be a mixture of everything:

Scissor Sisters( Very good band live)

Artic Monkeys ( good band and would get the crowd going)

The Hoosiers (Very good up and coming band check out there new single "Worried about Ray"

Oasis ( because its Oasis)

Coldplay

Madness (very good band, one of my all time favourites)

Not exactly bands but i'd have:

Lily Allen ( Good music and is good looking)

Kanye West ( as he was the Mutts Nuts at that concert for Diana)

Kano (as he is a very good musician)

JME (Very talented Grime artist)

Sway (Another talented Hip hop artist)

Mr Hudson & The Libarys ( Great band few good songs on the album plus have made at least three good songs in collabaration with Sway < (see above)

I'd have;

Oasis
Queen (If Freddie Murcury was still alive)
Arctic Monkeys
Kaiser Chiefs
Faithless, Didnt really like these till I saw them at the V Festival last year. They were amazing, really got the crowd buzzing!

Athlete and Coldplay would be quite good but the 5 above would be fantastic.

The Pigeon Detectives are really good aswell, think they will be massive in afew years.

I'm going with, in order of appearance (with the last named ending the festival):

Athlete
Richard Hawley (bit of mid-afternoon chill, in preparedness for what is to follow)
Kasabian
Primal Scream
Muse
The Who
