Doe anyone seriously know what would happen if we didn't bother turning up? Surely has to be more serious than a 3-0 loss.

It's a three-point deduction, I think. I remember Middlesbrough under Bryan Robson calling off a fixture a few seasons ago because they claimed they couldn't put out a team. That deduction cost them their Premiership place!
