Although I believe it's acceptable when the opposition goalie gifts us a goal like last Saturday.....

The Easy chant is (mainly) used when you score a goal to point out that it was easy to score. I see nothing wrong with it personally. Good harmless fun that kids, and grown ups can join in with. Even if you 3 nil down and pull one back, the easy chant is used because it was easy scoring a goal. I think people are looking at it completey different.

Slightly (in fact completely) off topic, but I'm glad someone agrees with me about that chant.

What a load of b******s it is.
Get with the program ! This chestnut has been raised more times than Napster's had a shag.

Out of the current squad, Pettefer is the only one I'd get rid of. We have a squad packed with quality and Pettefer's not even a particularly bad player, I just don't see him having any place in our squad as we have plenty of better options in midfield now and I can't see him featuring much this season as his injury will have dropped him right down to the bottom of the pecking order.

Personally I thought his performances improved after we signed Terry Alderton last season...

I am also in agreement that it's bloody annoying! After the 4-1 against Yeovil yes, use it, but at the final whistle. Winning by the odd goal and using it is just plain lame.

Oh, and I'd get rid of anybody on the condition that I could get Tes back.

people do the chant just annoy the other fans and it works. How p%&sed off do u feel when they do it to us?

If it was 5-0 then I'd be upset. As for fans chanting at us in other circumstances, it doesn't really bother me, apart from making me wonder why....
