Breaking News WUP Court Hearing - 4th October- Case Dismissed.

What powers do the magistrates court have? They cant wind us up. So is the worst case scenario they decide we do owe the cash and give a deadline to pay. If and when deadline happens and no payment plaintiff can return to court for an enforcement and send in baliffs?

It is also a County Court so could be a debt dispute, maybe the club have not fulfilled a promised part payment to NPower.

The case reference number does not look like a County Court reference but a Magistrates court reference

When I went to Magistrates Court, it seemed to be for minor offences, mine was drinking to excess and trying to pack as many people as possible into a phone box (not many left now, nothing to do with me :Smile::Smile::Smile:).

Wonder if Ron's up for the same ??

Amazing how a man can live in a big house on Benfleet road and drive a Bentley and yet have so much debt.

If that was the average man, you would have bailiffs at the door and car being towed away.
Benefits of it all being LTD companies. He’s not personally liable for any of it and his house and car assets are untouchable.

Wrong.

Just a thought. Is there a chance that whatever goes on in court tomroow may impact on the game? Don’t pay up and they turn the electric off ???
