What powers do the magistrates court have? They cant wind us up. So is the worst case scenario they decide we do owe the cash and give a deadline to pay. If and when deadline happens and no payment plaintiff can return to court for an enforcement and send in baliffs?

When I went to Magistrates Court, it seemed to be for minor offences, mine was drinking to excess and trying to pack as many people as possible into a phone box (not many left now, nothing to do with me ).
