A domestic? You call the fatal stabbing of a 2 year old child a domestic. What do you call a hit and run, jay walking?

Very true Matt, Social Services are gearing themselves up for a tough time on this one, Someone, somewhere, appears to have made a decision that the Child was not in any danger, so did not contact the relevant department.
