I've not managed to get to a game for a couple of months but is it the strikers failing to take their chances or the midfield not giving the service that's the problem?
From what I've seen it's like 75% the strikers not taking their chances to 25% the midfield not giving service. Eastwood had a great chance in the home 0-0 draw with Bury but blazed wildly over.

That's one chance in a whole game. How does that work out as 75% ? He certainly should have done better, but what other decent chances did we have in that whole match? I cant remember any?

I would play Loza up top with Freddy just behind as Freddy hasn't got the legs anymore but has the brains to put the right passes through to use his pace!

Indeed thats what I would go for, if we are looking to make the most of pace you want someone who can play those clever balls through and Freddy can do that.

Of course all of the above plans re Freddy or Barnard playing up top with Loza depend upon us getting the ball down on the floor and playing football and not hoofball!! We shall see!!

The point of Loza we have been told repeatedly is so we can knock balls over the top though surely?

I do worry that our forward line isnt going to be able to win the ball enough and will miss Corrs presence.

I'd like to see this too. Has the potential to work....of course it relies in the midfield playing decent balls forward which is what we are struggling with.
