Wignall

If he is entitled to money under the terms of his contract then the club should pay it to him, draw a line under the Wignall era and move on. The LMA is backing him which suggests that he hmay have a strong case.
All this talk of court action etc will do no-one any good and the club is unlikely to come out of it in a good light. Plus it will cost the club money it cannot afford to wast on expensive lawyers fees etc.
I'm sure Matt The Shrimp will agree with me that the only winners if a case like this goes to court will be the lawyers!
This is not the first example of the club threatening to employ messers Sue Grabbit + Run at the first mention of dispute regarding money owed or criticism. I thought the days of lawsuits flying around had died with Vic Jobson. I hope we will not see a return to legal action at the drop of a hat - its a dangerous precedent and one the club should think about long and hard before persuing this action.

But what if RM was sucessful in court....we could sue Newman for signing Salter, Jones . Then Webb for Belgrave, Wardley and Flahaven. Little for Tolson always injured, Connolly and Houghton. Chipmonk for impersonating a manager. Whelan the same as Chipmonk. He would have a field day in court with Fry sh. it players Lee, Payne,
Bressington and others though he would try to bring up Collymore in his defence, breach of contract. That would take us back to the early 90's. Now what fun he could have going after the estate of Bobby Moore and as mentioned before d**k Bate between them they signed a whole team of shockers whose names I have removed from my memory bank.

Didn't Colin Murphy sign Collymore?

If we successfully sued each of our managers from d**k Bates to Wiggers for their bad signings, we'd get out of debt.

Sorry that was me being sarcastic....Collymore is always associated Fry....Murphy never gets a mention.
