I agree, if those players are no better than what we already have. But there ARE quality players out there but you have to be willing to pay for them.

Look at Swansea for example splashing the cash on Fallon et al.
The fact that we're not willing/able (delete as applicable) to pay those sums for players may tell come season end.

It may be the difference between promotion & just missing out.
Hope I'm wrong.

Don't mean to sound pessimistic but I really think we need to spend a little on a decent forward.
