Well if we was guaranteed to have Kightly at his ability now it has to be him.. We could sell him off for mega bucks :D well in RM's case anyway! £50 is a lot to him :)

interestnig that scunthorpe super star hoops has got less votes than drewe and matty harrold
guess people liked drewe

If this is based on the form they were in when with us rather than the form they are in now, I can understand why no one has gone for Hooper as yet.

Mr. Eastwood all day long for me.

Well as Kightly is probably the best player in the Championship, England under 21 Internantional and has the potential of being our best ever ex player, surely you will have to be a complete muppet not to pick him!!

As Eastwood can not even make the Coventry first 11 and has by all accounts had a terrible couple of years in the Midlands not sure why anyone would vote to have Eastwood back over Kightly. (OK he was a cult hero but......).

Spot on, has to be kightly.

Freddy all the way. I really think that one day he will return to Southend and our dream will become a reality.

No place for Charie Mac? - scored a hat trick for Brentford yesterday too.

We need wingers. With no natural left winger. Kightly would be great on the left, JCR on the right and Eastwood and Hooper up front. shame you could only vote for 1 :(

For me, it simply has to be Freddy Eastwood.

The boy was class for us, and the prospect of a front pairing of Laurent/Eastwood, Freedman/Eastwood or Barnard/Eastwood is mouth watering.

Yes, we miss Mark Gower's creativity, and Kevin Maher's ability to pick a pass, but Eastwood had the X factor about him that made him so good whilst he was hear. Unfortuntatly for him, he has re-produced his form for us with either Wolves or Coventry, but in these parts he will always be a legend. Just think of some of his goals his scored down at Roots Hall, the United goal, the goal from the by line vs Hartlepool, his goal against Oxford. Think of the goals he scored on the road, his hattrick at Bristol City, his double against Swansea.

In my opinion, Eastwood is the best player I have seen pull on the Shrimpers shirt.
