Which player(s) should grow a beard?

Been trying to think of Southend players who have supported the beard. Up to now I can only think of Paul Clark, Alan Moody (in his testimonial season), John Walker and Jason Lee. I have vague recollections of Steve Yates and perhaps Dave Cusack having one at some stage. I also remember Paul Sansome having one when he was at Millwall.

If we put together a Beards XI, in a kind of Z Z Top tribute way we should have Mark Beard in at right-back.

Never bearded. Others that sported a beard were Steve Phillips and Chris (Swindon Swimming Baths) Ramsey
