Which festival will you be found at?

As the sun comes out and the temperature is on the increase, the British summer festival season is beginning, the questions is what festivals are the SZ faithful will be attending?

Glastonbury, an 'Other' option would have been good, as going to ATP in December too.

Did my first V Festival last year camping. I thought I would hate the camping part but it was fine. The weather was glorious and I had the most fantastic weekend! To see that amount of bands/acts in 2 days for that price is great value for money.

I tried to add the 'Other' but the maximum number of options is 15 and i had 20, including ' I am too old to spend all day in a field' ' I am Cricko', ' Carter's Dad.'

But having faith in the intelligence of the SZ faithful I hope they would post their other choices. :)

Beer festival at Earls court, great day out,and not a rock band in sight, maybe just a little jazz trio, smashing.

Who's doing the December ATP? I haven't been to one since 2006 I think, might try to make it to one next year. Several mates (inc 2 SZers) went to the Pavement one last week, I was very jealous.

Another 'Other' here, I'm going to Field Day in July.

Doing Summer Break, which is something similar aimed at graduating students. 4 days down in Newquay, different acts lined up every night and £65 gets you a tent pitch for the 5 nights, entry into all the clubs for every night and bus service to and from the camp site and beach during the day.

Done V for the last 2 years and was good and hoping this year will be as good but i think the KOL are arogant and over rated but Kasabian are ****ing imense live

but hoping next year to turn from student to full time and hoping to do a few

Buy a drink then can't you for a change ;)

Daveof the Match has just pm'd me about his disgust that you haven't included gay Pride up there.

Would like to go to one but all the big ones are sold out. Considered going to Benicassim in Spain as the line-up is pretty good, but none of my mates seem to fancy camping in the Spanish heat for 7 days. Had a look at Guilfest earlier, the King Blues and The Twang amongst others. Might volunteer to steward there or something.

So basically it's a tax dodgers love in?
