When will the takeover go through? Council / Citizen Housing agree new Heads of Terms 26 June

If this debt is against Martin Dawn, not the club, as the paper details, it’s debt the Martin’s will need to pay not the Consortium. Could this add more pressure on Ron specifically rather than the Consortium?
Thats my thinking , he needs to get this deal done and sell the land with PP to survive.

I'm no expert with any of this but this one does appear to be aimed directly at Ron Martin, and/or Martin Dawn. Not sure if they can go after the club for this? Christ how does that man sleep at night. Even more amazing is that any firms ever do any business with him, surely they must know they'll never get paid. Either way, you would imagine COSU would have been aware of this had it been a debt the club itself was liable for. Lets hope it isn't.
