The problem with goalkeepers is that each team really only needs one strong keeper and one back up, unlike every other position. This leads to there being a lot less demand for keepers on the market, and so they get sold at a much lower price than other positions do. Jack Butland only went for £3.3m and at the time he was being hyped to be England's future star, that's died down a bit but he still has every chance of doing it one day. Bentley isn't getting anywhere near that level of hype, I think anything over £1m would be unlikely. Bentley has never been tested against bigger stars outside of a couple of FA cup games so whoever takes him would be making a big gamble. I think 250-500k with a lot of add ons would be the best we can hope for.
