What's your favourite ever half time snack?

Chicken Balti Pies at Bristol Rovers (LDV semi). Uxbridge and MtS will back me up on this one.

They were very, very good. So good, I might have had two

However they are only good enough for third

1. Kidderminster. Cottage pie, Aggie broth

2. Naaarwich. Delia's Christmas pies when we played them Boxing Day were superb.
3. Bristol Rovers' balti pies.

I remember going to Darlington away a few years ago. Went behind the stadium at half time expecting a grotty northern pie.

Low and behold I had a prawn cocktail to start, full roast with all the trimmings (Inc cramberry sauce) for mains and a selection of cheese and biscuits to finish. Truely lovely food and all just £2.99. Loved it.

You can't beat Greggs.

Too right I will.

The Famous Aggborough Soup at Kidderminster is the winner for me though, with an honourable mention to a bacon roll I had at The Abbey Stadium (Cambridge) in about 1999.

The Bacon rolls at Cambridge were a bit special too

However at Clach last saturday, the Scotch pie, made by the local butcher, for only a quid, was excellent

You didn't get change out of half a crown Dave? Those Northerners have it so tough these days.
