What You wished you had done

Im a tad older than most of you being close to 29 now:hilarious:

I have thought for awhile about this and always wished I had played the Guitar.

I may even take it up soon.

Anything you wished you had done more of when you were younger?

I always wanted to learn the drums...my wife got me a set last Christmas.......and I am seriously crap !!

1. Done an Anglo Italian cup away match.

2. Studied Maths instead of Physics.

I can listen to a tune and then play it back but I can't read music. :confused:

A kid at my school started a band called 'Musical Youth 2'.

Wish I did decent A Levels, not spent 5 years at sixth form and College, so now I could be in a 'proper' job.

And also, done my driving lessons at 17. I still cant drive :(

I used to do a reasonable version of Axel F on the old Casio and I don't read music.

Done a different degree (I am now limited as to job choice)
Started seriously cycling at 11 or 12 & not 16 (who knows how far I could have got)
Not moved back to Ipswich in 1999 (which indirectly led to my current exiled status)
Learnt Italian
Travelled more in my late teens/early 20s
Learnt a musical instrument (probably guitar)
Got into credible indie music a lot earlier

I wish I had taken up flying at a younger age so that I could have become an airline pilot rather than just flying as a hobby. It's a damn good hobby though...I went to the Isle of Wight with a friend on Saturday, it took all of an hour to get there!

Think for me the outstanding one would have to be Travel. Wish I'd travelled the world like I planned to do when i was eighteen, instead I moved out to a pokey little flat in Queens Road. Never had any money since (10 years later).
Wish I'd slept with more women too. Hey ho, can't be helped. (sigh)

I wish I hadn't wasted between the years 16-20. :(
