I'll start.

1. Bring a friend/s on Friday night.

2. Buy a burger, a pint, or some merchandise.

3. Support the team 110%, this is not a time for the ****ing boo-boy's. If you have a gripe with the board, do it AFTER the game, NOT during.

4. Make a donation, no matter how small on the dedicated Trust page (TBA)

5. Promote the Trust donation page everywhere. Via e-mail, Facebook, MySpace, Blog sites, forums, Text, Carrier pigeon, message in a bottle whatever!

6. Send letters to Southend Council urging them to move the planning date forward to before 4th November!

Yep, well said Smiffy. More info to follow in the next 24 hours I have no doubt at all. Also, I'll add in another one, bombard whoever has the rights for the FA Cup for our game v Gillingham to be televised.
 
Can we all protest/march to the game Fri night? All gather in mass at the HMRC building in Southend @5:30pm. Make our voices heard - march via the Civic Centre - re planning - get to the ground at 7:15ish????? Thoughts??????

Could we do an event to raise money?

Like a penalty shootout competition, poker tournament, raffle, bingo, karaoke, car wash etc.

i'm just throwing ideas in so you can shoot them down if you want.

If you plan to pass by Alexander House can you please spare me the hate spiel ;) although I'll be wearing my SUFC colours in the office on Friday in readiness for the game.
 
I sponsored Macca's home shirt last year (signed and framed) , would be willing to put that up to the highest bidder , proceeds to the club , OBL ????

Agreed. I have been a strong supporter of Ron until this point but my faith has been steadily eroded over the last few months to the point that today my patience has snapped. I will no longer be trusting a single word that the man says. We all know and are grateful for the fact that he personally has put a lot of money into the club but we are also aware that his connection only goes as far as being able to build the stadium to make the money. That is all going tits up and statement after statement comes out of the club seeking to blame every single person but himself and Geoff King.

Enough is enough. Nobody blames him for the credit crunch or not being personally minted but it's time to level with the trust and help us all to work together to try and save our club. In the mean time the good ship SUFC is going down with only half the life boats deployed. :(

It's effort that is best ploughed into more fruitful avenues though. ITV don't give a sh*t about us not paying our tax bill, it's their job to pick the tie that will provide the highest audience... And that's the Minnow versus the comparitive Giant, not a tie that is essentially a league game.

Buckets are needed, not just on Match Days, but down the highstreet. Letters to Premiership clubs asking for help. Interviews with local and national news to promote the cause.
 
what about some sort of event
