I think Mulgrew looks our best option at left back still, just hasn't had much protection due to Gower's unfortunate lack of form recently.

If he comes off the bench when we are struggling and helps us get back into it then we can see the best of him.

I'm surprised Tilly's stuck with him for so long as he hasn't always been automatic choice over last few years (Played poor at end of league two season so wasn't in team for play off final and also missed some of the end of the league one winning campaign if my memory serves me correct - as well as my eyes watching the DVD)

If you're feeling down about our chances watch the last month or each of those - what a boost it gave me to feel optimistic about what could be ahead(!)

Clarke has to come back in and Francis is still our best right back.

Still will go with Flavs as we can't keep chopping and changing and I'm still not convinced by Collis - remember we all wanted Flavs back when Collis was in, now seems to be the other way round(!) - will you blood suckers never be happy?!?!?!??!?! ;)

I would say put Mulgrew in midfield. He plays there for Scotland under 21's and has scored two goals in three games from the middle. He is not a natural defender but a midfield player yes.

Gower needs a rest, not sure about Grant playing there and liked francis there.
