Well I emailed them, and they've already replied. They're picking them up on a date & location convenient to us, and say they're investigating it. No mention of any kind of reward, I know I shouldn't expect anything but if it wasn't for me being honest they'd have just lost £720 worth of stock.

And you'd be absolutely right to point that fact out to them, I'd put it in writing to their head office.

Illegally though. He's done nothing wrong and he's notified them of their error, I'd be really surprised if they don't make him a gesture of appreciation of a monetary nature.

Well done you,honesty is the best policy,if i was you i would wait till they have picked the coats up and then drop them a line,i'm sure they would give you a voucher or something,even if they don't,your conscience is clear,and that is important in life IMO,good luck sir.:thumbsup:
