Question What is making you happy today?

Na im wrong as per,we took on a 3 year old rescue dog from a pound and have struck lucky as he is not only ginger but briilliant with it,you and your kids will have much fun.

I had 2 Yorkies which had to be put down due to age and ill health over the last 2 years. Been a good 6 months since I've been without a dog and got used to being able to go where I want when I want etc but the lure of this Puppy was too much.

Looked after my sis in laws 2 Staffies last weekend and that really rammed home how much I miss having a dog. The kids, and my boy especially, will really benefit from having a dog again, only really remembering the not so good parts of owning a dog with the Yorkies. He is looking forward to training it, walking it etc and I have no doubts that this enthusiam won't wane. When we dog sat, he was out over the park constantly on his own with the dogs and for him, that's a big achievement as he never goes out alone usually. I can see the massive benefits owning a dog has, I think everyone should own one or at least spend time with one

Many years ago we had a black Labrador, top fella he was. He actually bit me quite badly - but it was justified, he was just about to dash into the road - I grabbed his collar but got his ear as well! I looked at him, he looked at me - and we (sort of) said - OK that's fair!

I was bitten by a German Shepherd once. But to be fair he was very apologetic and even introduced me to his dog afterwards.

Mum and sister are in London today doing some shopping so just met them for lunch. Even better, some old family friends I'd not seen in nearly 20 years were also there. Really great to catch up for a good old chat.

MK Jnr singing few lines from Hey Jude off her own back this morning as it's her sleepy-time song of choice. None of this Miley Cyrus *****

Ha! That is brilliant! Beth asked me to play 'Brown Sugar' in the car the other day. That got her a star on the reward chart

PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Rumours of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

I'd therefore like to reassure my many fans that despite DWB's determined efforts I'm in rude health and he's not having any of my good parts.

Yours faithfully
YB

Up the Blues!

Friday off, well apart from running around this morning..... due to some knob not taking my order correctly for materials....Every cloud has a silver lining...will be on The Wine early and breaking out a few 70's choons that *ORM* told me about.

Happy Days.

Picked up a new car today, with a glowing review from my daughter.

"It's better than a pogo stick! Let's call it Ben"
