Question What is making you happy today?

A friend just posted a picture of me on facebook from about 20 years ago. I'm sitting in a bathtub (fully clothed) surrounded by tiny rubber ducks, holding a water pistol and grinning like a loon. I have absolutely no memory of this event whatsoever.

It's Friday, I had two lunchtime pints with a good friend and I'm now off to meet another friend to have some more.

Being as I can't host lunches anymore due to time constraints, I have my baby group girls coming round for dinner. Lots of laughs, hopefully some nice food and lots of lovely drinkies

I have always wanted a photo of myself in a bath full of fifty pound notes, wearing a top hat, smoking a cigar and drinking a glass of champagne.

Under fifteen stone for the first time in a few years (I am 6'3")

Next target fourteen stone. Ultimate goal thirteen and a half stone.

I'm 6'3, and find anything under 14 stone 7 and I start to feel tired and weak. Did peak once at 17 stone! 15 is a good effort for the height, so well done there!

Making me happy? Planned to go walking this weekend, and it now looks like the weather's going to be spot on. Pen-y-Fan here I come!

Don't do it Cyril, thirteen and a half stone and you will look like something out of Belson. For your height, 14 stone is going to be your fighting weight.

Trust me.

Just measured my height and I am actually 6'2.5".

Until I was in my 20s I was Twelve and a half stone.

It turns out the best motivation for losing weight is to lose a bit of weight. Once it is off you don't want it going back on and I have found it much easier to resist the snack treats.

I am still **** at football but my energy levels, speed and stamina are noticeably improved.

6"2.5? Short arse!
I was under 12 stone until my 20s, but id say the rule is find a weight you'recomfortable with and stick there. Mine fluctuates a lot between summer and winter, but that's just job related

I've made a very tentative arrangement to go walking in the Brecon Beacons at some point. I've never been before. Quite looking forward to it.

Great News one of the murdering filth that killed Lee Rigby has had his teeth knocked out .:happy::happy::smile::smile::smile:
