Wouldn’t petrol be more usefulManaged to get both the cars filled up today with little waiting.
In one of them, the other would be an expensive mistake.Wouldn’t petrol be more useful
Guilty as charged but then I came from Sutton & Shopland direction on the way to work & didn’t know Waitrose had fuel (they didn’t last night)...40 quid's worth of petrol now safely in my car's tank. Waitrose Petrol Station and the queue wasn't to bad and moved quickly thanks to a couple of Waitrose staff directing operations. Only downside was the pushy sods coming the other way who tried to join the queue from the roundabout outside the Petrol Station instead of joining the end of the queue back at junction with Eastern Avenue.
The one that really brassed me off had just come out of the gym opposite the roundabout, tried nudging me out of the way (she failed), and got in behind me. She was one of the under a tenner brigade at the pump next to me.40 quid's worth of petrol now safely in my car's tank. Have you ever read Misery? My 'pop' novel is going out via 'The Pigeonhole' online book club from Thursday and I'll be able to interact with the readers. It should be an interesting exercise. It's a free subscription arrangement and there's still plentiful places left (at the time of writing): -> https://thepigeonhole.com/books/fm247-radios-in-motion
No. I saw the film trailer about 30 years or so ago and hope that none of these readers become a crazed fan like the woman who took the bloke hostage.Have you ever read Misery?
Just watched the finish of The Womens Tour on Western Esplanade.
