An unknown number on our land line. It rang, I answered and the lady with a Yorkshire accent told me she was such and such energy and as our windows were older than 10 years old I qualified for their totally free survey of our property. Me- 'Sorry I'm not interested', Her - 'It's free', Me 'Still not interested'. Her - 'Well you can just **** off then'. Call ends. I'm still chuckling inside, just priceless!

This is single-handedly, one of my favourite posts I’ve ever actually read on here.

Tbh I think a little bit of this no-nonsense style customer service, is what’s needed in today’s society, seeing as the general public - in the main - are arseholes.

Enjoyed a free production of Carmen (ballet) at Béziers's bull ring yesterday.Not my normal sort of fare but the wife wanted to go,we finally got a result and it was cost nothing.Liked the music as always.
