Ricey? That you in there? :winking:

Late decision to use our Anniversary present of theatre tokens to go and see Jersey Boys tonight - timely decision as the guy who has played the lead since it opened in London is leaving next week when the show is re-locating. Really looking forward to it.

Hope you enjoyed it. It's a fantastic show. And that guy has the most amazing voice...

Three days off and spending most of the day in the kitchen. Cooking up a shed load to freeze and gorge on while at work.

Yes, we did. Second time we've been. Ryan Molloy as Frankie is, indeed, amazing but hadn't realised though, quite how good Jon Boyden (Tommy deVito) is as well. Right result too as hubby had managed to book dress circle tickets which we had to pick up, and I'd wanted to sit in the stalls so we asked if we could change them and got the top price "premier" seats for just a £10 each upgrade! Middle centre stalls, extra leg room and perfect view  Fantastic evening, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The number of songs that you think "oh, I didn't know they did that" too!

I'm always taken aback by the talent on show in the West End. Anyone with any solo part (even down to the milkmaid and flower seller in Oliver) are a class above anything you'll hear anywhere else. They're simply amazingly talented people. I guess it's also fair to say that the people in the chorus that don't have solos are pretty damn good.

What amazes me is that the deal struck by Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio is still going strong even though it has absolutely no basis in law. They're very honourable men.

Agree with all of that

Had a cracking day at Crufts today and got to meet the founder of Nowzad.

This weather. And a very tasty Lebanese chicken wrap for lunch. And the fact that I'm the hell out of here in under 20 minutes.

Its the weekend, which means a busy saturday night at work (im a taxi driver so i love it when its busy), followed by a fishing match on Sunday at Folkestone Pier.

My lights are now working on the MG so now just two more issues and it will be ready for an MOT.
