Question What are you reading?

I bought the 5 people you'll meet in Heaven, for 1p off of Amazon.

Will read it once I am finished with my current book.

Thanks for the suggestion.

A very good book ...have you read Tuesdays with Morrie? and do you have any children we can take to our planet?

Getting a bit desperate now you're asking for them Mr. Alien....

Just finished Heartland By Anthony Cartwright, recommended in this month's WSC and an excellent read which is imaginitively written.

Just finished the Dilbert Principle by Scott Adams. Now reading Flash and the Dragon (Flashman in China). Still keeping up with my 2 books a week.

I love the 'wordy' Dilbert books, and have enjoyed The Dilbert Principle, The Dilbert Future, The Joy of Work, The Way of the Weasel and Dogbert's Top Secret Management Handbook immensely.

I'm currently reading 'Peace Kills' by P.J.O'Rourke - excellent as always.

The stupid thing is, the book was written 13 years ago, and yet the cartoons are still very relevant to modern office life.

I'll have to check out that one.

Just finished The Gum Thief by Douglas Coupland.

Not one of his best unfortunately.

Admittedly it's not one of his best book's but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the ending was a bit of a "and they woke to find it had all been a dream" cliche but it did make me think alot about what I had just read.

Interesting to note at the back that JPod is being made into a tv series?

Now started 'A Wild Sheep Chase' by Haruki Murakami.

Just ordered Bret Easton Ellis' Lunar Park (due to the reminders of A. Psycho) and waiting on Vernon God Little - hurry UP Amazon!

Lunar Park is an excellent book.

Just read Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. was gonna wait until i'd seen the film before reading the last one, but I might just start it tonight.

Got The Corner ready and waiting too
