I haven't commented this week, as have been on a mini break in Brighton, & not eaten lunch.
Reason being for breakfast daily, i've had smoked salmon, scrambled eggs with sourdough toast, & also finished off the 'other halfs' full English brekkie!.
That kept me going till the evening!!.

Clams are lovely, I had some for the first time at Universal Studios in Florida of all places and they were absolutely delicious.

I buy them frozen, & by the time they've thawed out, they are still quite moist!.
