What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

3 large thick rashers of Butcher's smoked bacon, grilled in 4 slices of bread ( 2 toasted ). Yum yum!.
Can you elaborate on this because I don't understand.

Two sandwiches? One toasted, one not?

How are the three bacon rashers accumulated across the four slices?

Or do you make one massive club sandwich esque creation with two slices of bread and two slices of toasted bread?

No condiments have been mentioned, no butter... Need the full story please.

I like a slice of fried bread in a breakfast sandwich - so we are looking at three sheets in total.

Fours would be a bit too carb heavy for me.

The rashers are very large & cut up after grilling, there's ample for 4 slices of bread. 2 of which were toasted, & the other 2 untoasted all with some butter added, nothing else. I like a variety!.
