Yes, with evening dinner. Broccoli, Carrots, Greens, Cabbage, peas, onions, runner beans, etc.
Usually have 2 or 3 different ones with dinner most days.
Only exceptions are when 'other half' makes home made chicken curry's, chicken in black bean sauce, Spag Bol & Risotto's ( she adds mushrooms to that as well ).

That said smoked salmon is a type of oily fish that I do eat and love the stuff. It is like marine bacon.
