We're the South - West - East Stand

I think my little pocket of the south upper / last block before the east stand can take a lot of heart from our efforts. Not only did we make repeated efforts to get it going we also taughted the East Stand into joining in.

Agreed. Hopefully we can get it going again on Saturday...

You chaps at either end of the South Upper do try & get the atmosphere going but the middle section rarely join in with the chanting, they are only there for the great view of the pitch. Roll on the new stadium when we can all sit together.

1pm kick-off, hardly any away fans, lowest amount of home fans for some time, England playing at 3pm, all point to a crap atmosphere at Roots Hall on Saturday. The only thing that will get the atmosphere going is a few early goals for Southend!!

spot on, the quicker we can all sit together the better. i really think once the new stadium is up and running the atmosphere will be so good.

The chant nearly got going at one point when the west joined in once or twice but was set back again but tranmere scoring but we were giving our best effort up in the south upper.
