WEMBLEY GUIDE.

How serious are they going to be with this. Lets say its 5cm too long either way are they going to refuse admission? Do they have rulers or bag measurers?

Let’s hope the stewards inside the ground don’t see it and throw you out.
Only taking it to keep the matchday programe in pristine condition. I find if left in a carrier bag provided by wembley the movement results in the programme becoming dog-eared and curled which I found to my detriment for the Crewe JPT final.

May well just utilise it for the final whistle and my journey home.

Its a good way for Wembley to charge £10 for any oversized bags to be kept in their bag drop section in the yellow park.

My work colleague who is a Charlton fan and went for their play off final said the queue to get the bags bag on exit was bigger than his queue to board the train.

They have bag gauges (bit like at Airports allowing Ryanair and EasyJet to charge you extra because the wheels or handle is stick out)

Any oversized bags are directed to the yellow car park were you have to pay £10 for the privilege of the storing it for.

Be warned of large queues to retrieve after the match.

Bit concerned about the bag policy...can go within the height and depth, but I don't have a bag less than 9" in width. Bag I wanted to take is 9 and a half inches by 9 inches by 3 inches. I do have a smaller one as back up, but that's still 9" in width.

Restricted Bag Policy

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height: 297mm (11.7 inches)
Width: 210mm (8.27 inches)
Depth: 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size – bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium.
They are extraordinarily strict about bags.

I’ve seen people ranting and raving, but it ended in tears.

Do not risk it.

Expectation is for wembley stadium to be the busier station post game. Wembley Central back to London might be the optimal route.
