Ahead of Sunday's Vanarama National League Promotion Final, we have been provided with a matchday guide by Wembley Stadium.
More than 25,000 Shrimpers will be heading to North London to watch us take on Oldham Athletic for a place in Sky Bet EFL League Two next season.
Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the information below, notably the public transport options and security requirements upon arrival at the ground.
Access
General admission is from 1pm, while hospitality guests can enter from 12pm. Make sure you arrive at the stadium in good time to assist with security protocols.Please refer to your ticket for your turnstile colour zone. The quickest route to your turnstile entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile.
Travel Notices
Wembley Park Station is closed on June 1 due to planned engineering works. No trains will be stopping at the station throughout the day. There will be no service on the Metropolitan line between Aldgate and Harrow-on-the-Hill or Watford, and no service on the Jubilee line between Waterloo and Stanmore.Spectators travelling by rail or London Underground services should use the Bakerloo and Lioness Line services via Wembley Central Station or Chiltern Railways services at Wembley Stadium Station.

All train services are expected to be extremely busy before and after the match so please allow additional time for your journeys. Post-match, both Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations will have managed queuing systems to ensure supporters board trains safely and efficiently – please be patient with station staff.
Post match queues for both stations – particularly Wembley Stadium – are expected to be extensive, so please bear this in mind for your journey home. Please allow for additional wait times and follow steward advice. Please also feel free to explore the local food and beverage offer from the Wembley area post-match.
Ticket Information
Capacity for this game has been limited due to the closure of Wembley Park station. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to the game. All tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to distribute to other supporters.Any supporter who is identified in opposition areas will be ejected from the stadium for breaching the FA’s ground regulations and be subject to each club’s own sanctions process.
Fan Zones
Both teams have dedicated Fan Zones where supporters have the chance to join fellow fans to enjoy a drink – including alcohol – food and a DJ. They are an ideal place to soak up the pre-match party atmosphere.The Southend Fan Zone is located on the East Concourse (East Village) area of the stadium and will be accessible from 10:00. Alcohol will be served from 11:00 until one hour before kick-off at 14:00, before the Fan Zone closes at 14:30.
Supporters will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter the fan zones. Capacity is limited and the stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies.
Stadium Security
The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance, with robust and thorough security measures in place before, during and after each event. The Stadium works closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium’s security protocols meet the highest standards.Offensive Chanting
Wembley Stadium has a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social, offensive, and discriminatory conduct, and anyone found guilty of this behaviour will be ejected from the stadium and reported to the authorities. Offensive tragedy-related chanting, gesturing and displaying of abusive messages is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.People who are found to have committed offences face stadium bans and potential criminal prosecution.
Pyrotechnics
The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices inside or outside Wembley Stadium is illegal and prohibited. Anyone caught carrying or using pyrotechnical equipment inside the stadium will be immediately ejected from the stadium, banned from future events and dealt with by police. Those caught using pyrotechnic equipment anywhere outside of the stadium will be in breach of the PSPO order and face enforcement action.Car Parking
Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.Blue badge parking is available for ticketholders with accessibility needs and this can also be booked directly through the Wembley Official Parking website. Park And Walk – Fryent Park
Due to the closure of Wembley Park Station an additional Park and Walk operation has been set up at nearby Fryent Park (NW9 9SG).Fryent Park has capacity for around 1,000 cars (no coaches or mini buses), will be open from 6am to 8pm, and is approximately a 25-minute-walk away from Wembley Stadium. This car park will be operational on a 24-hour basis and all walk routes will be signposted to and from the stadium.
Parking at Fryent Park is available at £25 per vehicle (cars only). Spaces must be booked in advance from the link here.
An accessible shuttle will operate from this location for those with reduced mobility. Please see below for further information.

No-Street-Drinking Zone
Brent Council have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for all events at Wembley Stadium.This is part of the current Public Space Order Protection in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.
Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.
Supporters wanting alcohol before the game should head for the licensed bars or restaurants in the area or make their way to the dedicated fan zone outside the stadium.
Restricted Bag Policy
Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:Height: 297mm (11.7 inches)
Width: 210mm (8.27 inches)
Depth: 210mm (8.27 inches)
Please note, this means the overall bag size – bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium.
A bag drop facility is available outside the Ibis Hotel. Please note there is a charge for this service.
Disabled supporters
Wembley Stadium is a welcoming and inclusive venue for all guests with access requirements. There are 310 spaces for wheelchair users across Level One, Two & Three of the Stadium, each with a personal assistant/companion seat, subject to eligibility.The Stadium also provides a range of services for guests with specialist access requirements including shuttle services (see below), British Sign Language for most events, audio descriptive commentary and two sensory rooms. A return shuttle service runs from:
- Wembley Central station to the Stadium’s West Gate from 10am until two hours after full-time
- Fryent Country Park to Rutherford Way operating from 6am until two hours after full-time
- Pink car park to the Stadium’s East Gate operating from 10am until two hours after full-time
