They are the main ages of siad people down the front and as always your going to get younger kids 'tagging' along but to suggest that these people are being taken into pubs is utter bull ****.
1. I would not want to be hanging around kids in a pub
2. Spread and Railway are VERY strict when it comes to kids in the pubs

And also these people here including me spend alot of time and effort In W block and away game

-- but OK with people under-age posing for photos in the rear garden holding a beer ?

Of course! If somebody is in there then I trust that the publican has done his adequate checks! This is not my establishment to run!

Why say they are strict when you are aiding and abetting the law being broken ? Do you know the penalties for buying drinks for children ?

Who's buying them though??!!!?! Who is drinking
Which photo???

It's about time I went drinking with jolly and the old sea dogs

Interesting point, I've heard it said often recently that a lot of these wouldn't know what to do if they ran into a "proper" firm !!

That reminds me of the infamous first game of the season vs Bolton (as a direct result I think we ended up with fences, could be wrong). End of the game Bolton jumped over the South running the length of the pitch. 30 or so of the biggies from the North jumped over to meet them. The rest of the North scarpered for the exits and were gone in around 15 secs. Ok I exaggerate but I rememeber distinctly watching the action unfold and when I looked around there was no-one else left on the terraces.

How much fun was that!!!!
Also we played Brighton a couple of years earlier I think and they was jumping in the West with them fighting with police on the pitch during the game near the south west
corner

Reading this thread I am both shocked and amazed.....

No ****ing way is Smiffy 28.....................????

Can't comment on the incident but block W over the years has always been the block where you get nutters, wannabe's, singers, yoof etc. Scarfers generally steer clear and block W like to stand, sing and have banter with each other, the opposition fans, the players etc.

They would always be unhappy at getting told to sit when away fans stand...

Sounds like the misendeavours of a few will never go away. I remember being in there when I was 15/16 thinking I was Jack the lad. But to be honest you get games like the QPR 4-0 win where the away fans fill up their section and the sight of a tiny bit of confrontation and people back off. Then again some are brought up to fight and some to play and have fun. I don't think some people realise the nature of their actions will offend others when they have committed their actions in good spirits.

Remember that well. If my memory serves me right it was just one nutter who took on Bolton and the rest of us followed him. The fact that Bolton were allowed to run the length of the pitch from South bank and North Bank was all down to the Police. At half time there were loads of officers with dogs patrolling the area but at full time they were nowhere to be seen. If it wasn't for that one nutter taking on Bolton there could have been serious disorder as people were panicing and trying to get out of the ground before Bolton got there. as it was only 2 Bolton got in the north bank thinking there were others to follow and were given a real hammering.

I did ask if the person could put the balaclava back on. I can understand why he wore it. Ugly git!
