Why don't you go and watch West Ham as you will see many of the girls, albeit it in claret and blue. Are they that good anyway?

This may be a positive as I think they are linked to the Carl Bailey empire so an overall change may be good news. The return of Jeff Allen? Who knows?

Ill be throwing my season ticket at the dugout in disgust if this happens. Well, maybe Ill throw my mates.

The only reason we are where we are now is because of the Bluebelles, its a disgrace that after their contribution to our current Championship status theres even a consideration to drop them.

I was under the impression the increase in ticket prices was to get more of them, not cut them completely!

We must have 13 or 14 players in the squad now, thats enough surely. Why waste money on transfers and salaries that we dont really need.

Dead right! The Bluebelles are our secret weapon. Their gyrations at half-time have the effect of totalling putting off the substitutes of opposition sides, who shoot their load and are hence, rendered completely knackered.

We have a crap management team, diabolical players, but we have the Blubelles and without them we would be in the Conference South next season.

Personally, on a serious note. I'm not really concerned about the half time entertainment. All that matters is what goes on either side of it.

Wouldn't have been the same anyway this season as I'm sure I read somewhere that all cheerleaders at all public venues were being made to cover up the midrif area.
Besides, I can live without the 'you old perv' feelings of guilt whilst standing in the south upper munching on one of those lumps of rubber they laughingly call a burger

Wardy.... when was the last time you actually saw the Bluebelles ?? You stay in the pub till about 5 to 3 and at half time are either in the bar or having a crafty smoke, add to that the fact that your back can no longer support the weight you are now lugging around.

I suggest you concentrate your energies on getting fit and going back to work you lazy oik !!!!!

Have no fear lads!! I have just spoken to a guy I know in the Southend united entertainment section and he has said that yes the bluebelles are out due to they feel they do not have the right image for the club now.

however there is very positive news on the replacements. there have a  great reputation and the club feel it projects the right image now we are in the 6th biggest league in Europe. They believe employing these entertainers makes a statement to the rest of the league what Southend is all about!

How very dare you

As i enter through the turnstiles i see them and that is why i go to have a beer as i cant cope.
When they ask me to by tickets tickets for the half time entertainment i just go to jelly and never really no what entertainment they are offering as i have been too them places before!
Do you remember your stag night BLUEBLOOD it cost you loads!!!!!!!!!
