Just goes to show how far we have come... not long ago - with the exception of Kebe and Bedford - that wasn't far off the full first team.

(And yes, yes, I know we probably hadn't signed Fortune back then, but you get the point.)

How did Sololik play? Another player who is missing from the first team for some time and not through injury?

And the Kebe fella? Is he still on trial or signed?

Good game by the sounds of it.
Colchester away next week according to the fixtures (so it could change!) anyone going?

Is there a fixture list available for these games? I always seem to hear about them on the day of the game! Echo today has an article mentioning about Kebe and the game - but no mention if it was home or away or ko time!

sokolik looked a bit shakey first half hour and was at fault for one of there goals, 2nd he improved and was unlucky not to score, Kebe is only on trail and was awfull in the 45 mins he was given, O'Neil in centre midfield was pick of our players, always willing to get the ball and make things happen.

Brown was there so , presuming he was watching ,the answers to your Kebe questions must be no and NO!
Sokolik was OK,like Innis he'd be a much better choice than poor old Barrett.
Most impressive player, quite apart from his 2 excellent finishes ,was Fortune'.I have never seen a Blues player( not even Big Roy) who uses his chest better!

o'neil was head and shoulders and even chest above every blues player on that pitch today for me, fortune should of had better service to him and more help from mooney and then Williams but both were poor for me:'(

What position was O'Neil playing?

Kebe haven't played since last season to be fair & lacked pre season too, I think another week of training will get him up to speed!
