Trust Coach Facilities

I remember Morecombe away under Phil Brown (lost 3-1??) Went on the trust coach (was a Ron freebie) and there was a chap right at the front on the top deck of the double decker who must have demolished his 4 beers before we had left the M25. I think he must have then visited the toilet at least 4 times whilst on the M6
Really? I actually don't remember taking a double decker to Morecambe, I thought we only used that for Orient, Charlton, Colchester etc. I ran one of the coaches that day, shocker of a match - all that hope and excitement and everyone totally deflated afterwards.

Definitely a double. Took my partner who found the experience of the journey at the top very unpleasant (motion sickness) she then witnessed grown men screaming obscenities at our own players and decided away football wasn't for her. Her one and only away experience.

There was an issue with a coach breaking down this morning, but a replacement found and brought into use resulting in only a short delay.

Thank you to those affected for their patience, and well done to Paul and Lesley for their organisation and getting round this problem so quickly.

I understand one was turned away from travel as they were absolutely paralytic at 6.30 in the morning!

Bus? There is a double decker coach I believe, the type that are regularly used on the continent.
The replacement which left at gone 7.30 is just 10 mins away from Gateshead now, so that’s amazing work by all involved.
