It's been a very quiet week and it may be better to have a transfer facts thread instead of a transfer rumours thread as many of the other active threads - Howard, Mildenhall, Ron's transfer announcement - seem to be little more than rumours at the moment.

When did this alleged embargo start? We have signed players recently...or are they all on pre-contract contracts?

No idea, numerous people keep alluding to it when seemingly there is no evidence to support it apart from the fact we haven't signed anyone for a while. Just curious if there is actual proof that some of us aren't aware of.

If they had signed just pre contract agreements surely it would have been reported as such, like it was last time.

our annual accounts are overdue and birmingham were put under an embargo last season for a similar offence so I think this is how the speculation has arisen
