Hell of a leap here. Tilson has been assistant since July so he was part of the team that sees Heybridge bottom of the league. He's won a game since he took over as manager but 1 win isn't what I'd be basing a managerial appointment on. I'm not sure what tilly was doing before he came to swifts in July either? I wouldn't be confident that he knows the leagues and players worth taking a punt on yet. There is a manager who will be taking a job in the same league soon who knows the local non league talent inside out. Too green to be considered for a position like ours but certainly one to watch.

I've heard from a very good source at the club that ANG is not mentally right to play football right now.Its becoming a very common thing with footballers up and down the footballing pyramid
