Just a word of caution, these lads are still only trialists and it's very rare we end up signing trialists. The fact they are on the trip to Spain puts them in a better position but I would imagine Brown has his priorities that he is trying to sign first and foremost. If they don't come off, there might be a door ajar for maybe one of these trialists to earn a deal. Personally I'd be surprised to see any of them join us permanently, although Murray doesn't seem to be doing himself any harm albeit in early friendlies against lowly opposition.

I wonder if Brown may deliberately leave a couple of "spaces" (part of the budget) to be filled until later on to see if there are some good players that couldn't get a berth with a team in the league above - presumably clubs like Fulham and Brentford are also running their eye over some players at the moment.
