Trialists

I am going away on holiday tomorrow and will not have internet access, so will therefore miss the trialists games tomorrow (and everything else). I was just wondering if anyone already had info on any names etc about any of the swarms of trialists coming tomorrow?

Not heard of many names. But theres a good 50 odd involved in the 2 games tomorrow at 12.30 and 2.30. A good mix of amateurs, semi pro's and pro's from the U.K and Europe. Will certainly be interesting. If only 1 turns out to be decent, then its a worthwhile exercise in my opinion.

Fully agree.

If someone could report back with names that'd be even better....... It's been a VERY quiet news week for us.

Is the trial day going to be presented by Graham Norton and judged by Andrew Lloyd Webber? He normally does a talent search at this time of year.

A wee birdie told me that the manager has no problem with fans watching trial games today. There are two games first one at twelve oclock and second as quick as possible after.

Let's hope there are some 'wee birdies' on show who catch the manager's eye.....I wonder whether, in the event that there is, he'll just get them straight in or whether he'll invite them in for an extended trial first....? Any thoughts, cluniemore?

Anyone down there reporting for the zone?

Travellingblue and Mattlloyd used to report on every trial game and reserve game. haven't heard from them on here for a while. Wonder if they are posting on the Oxford site yet.
