just wondering if any1 has heard of how the game is going my mate isnt answeing his mobile there so must be a loud atmotsphere there or his just ignoring me. think we win 4-1 today with young cole netting 1. wat does every1 else think the score will be

0-3 down after five minutes... Prior 2 own goals and a goal kick from them went all the way through and bounced over Flahavans head.

Since then it's been all us and we have had 3 penalty appeals waved away and 6 goals disallowed.

Pretty well, had 2 trialists 1st half. Massive black guy up front, app american. Not much cop. Eastwood, cole bentley, maher etc played only 2nd half. Played ok, pitch was cack. No GOWER, no idea where he is at!

Hardly impressive is it winning 1-0 against a poor team who are below conference level, but saying that i wasnt there so i cant comment on how we played or whatever. personally i though we would win by a much higher goal difference but nevermind its a win

Not bad, looked quick didnt really have much of the ball.

I believe the guy up front was Wayne Gray's cousin. He wasn't a footballer and we were effectively playing with ten men. However he did make it the most entertaining friendly I've seen in many a year.

The game was nothing really. Two trialists did as well as could be expected. Nothing much happened and the only thing to take out the game was that Smith looked fit and uninhibited by injury.

Gower was warming up for the first half but didn't appear so I assume he was injured in the warm up.

Jay Smith stood out today, forgot how much class that gut has on the ball, played right wing for half the 2nd half looked OK. Beno looked good as did Freddy. Would also like to see the Serb more aswell. Finally Jamie Lawson deserves a mention he started brightly and did alright.

All in all poor game, but good day out in Billericay

Im just saying i thought we would win by a better margin as i remember last pre season when on our first game we thrashed east thurrock 7-0 its a bit different isnt it winning 1-0 to 7-0 and both the teams we beat are about the same standard
