why don't the club offer him the chance to train with them as Stan makes his way back to fitness? That way it helps Stan, helps the club 'get to know him and sus him out' and no ones lost anything. Not rocket science this.

And are we are talking pie in the sky anyway even if the club wants you if your wage demands would be outside our budget? Some clarity on this if you are still posting would help.
And I still have my Elonex shirt and it still fits. Will dust it down in hope.
